Inspection and Cleaning method of Omega Clutch

Then rotation is unstable or abnormal, inspect and clean the omega valve following the procedure described below.
(also, refer to the "diagram for parts assembly.")
1). Remove terminal bolt (1) from the CL axis (8) and remove the assembled omega valve.

2). Remove the machine screw (2) and separate the valve cap (3) from valve body (4). Inspect the inside of the valve cap and remove dirt and another substance.

3). Turn the valve body upside down and confirm if the piston (5) smoothly comes out. If there is dirt and other substance on the contacting surfaces, the piston does not come out smoothly.

4). Remove the seal plate (8), and push out the piston gently.

Remove dirt and other substance from the piston and the seal plate.

5). Inspect the orifice plug (9) and make sure it is not clogged.

6). After checking all of the above, rinse the parts with rinsing oil and reassemble.

7). Make sure the piston goes in right angle to the valve body and the piston. 

8). When the omega valve is reassembled, shake the omega valve and make sure the piston moves smoothly. 

9). When installing the assembled omega valve in the CL axis, make sure that holes of the CL axis and the omega valve fit snug.
Otherwise, the rotation does not increase.

Metode Inspeksi dan Pembersihan Omega Clutch

Ketika putaran tidak stabil atau tidak normal, periksa dan bersihkan katup omega mengikuti prosedur yang dijelaskan di bawah ini.

(juga, lihat "diagram untuk perakitan bagian".) 

1). Lepaskan baut terminal (1) dari sumbu CL (8) dan lepaskan katup omega yang terpasang.

2). Lepaskan sekrup mesin (2) dan pisahkan tutup katup (3) dari bodi katup (4). Periksa bagian dalam tutup katup dan lepaskan kotoran dan zat lainnya.

3). Balikkan bodi katup ke atas dan konfirmasikan apakah piston (5) lancar keluar. Jika ada kotoran dan zat lainnya pada permukaan yang berkontak, piston tidak keluar dengan lancar.

4). Lepaskan pelat segel (8), dan dorong piston dengan lembut.

Keluarkan kotoran dan zat lainnya dari piston dan plat segel.

5). Periksa steker lubang (9) dan pastikan tidak tersumbat.

6). Setelah memeriksa semua hal di atas, bilas bagian-bagiannya dengan minyak pembilas dan pasang kembali.

7). Pastikan piston masuk ke sudut kanan ke bodi katup dan piston.

8). Saat katup omega dipasang kembali, kocok katup omega dan pastikan piston bergerak dengan lancar.

9). Saat memasang katup omega yang terpasang di sumbu CL, pastikan lubang sumbu CL dan katup omega sesuai.

Jika tidak, putaran tidak meningkat.
